This website is dedicated to the review Guitare et Musique (Guitar and Music), and to the activities of the Paris Guitar Academy and the Club Plein Vent from 1952 to 1978.
In 1952, Gilbert Imbar founded the Plein-Vent bookshop, renamed nine years later Connaissance de la guitare. The company combined bookselling with publishing and artistic events "in all their forms".
